Our olive oil


In addition to wines, the Ben Sa’adon family also produces olive oil in a new oil-press equipped with the latest technologies. Their olive groves grow on the banks of the Shilo stream, in rocky terra rossa soil, in a cool climate and healthy exposure to the sun. The uniqueness of the Tura olive oil is reflected in its low pH level (up to 0.3% only), much lower than the required level of acidity for extra virgin olive oil.

Our olive oil is a blend of of three species: Picual, Barnea, and Arbkinha.
